In the bread barrel, first put the egg liquid and milk, then the bread flour, and put the yeast in the middle

Start kneading the dough for a few minutes, then knead it into a ball and let it ferment

Tear the risen dough into small pieces, add salt and sugar to the diagonal corners, add butter, and knead again for 30 minutes
