Potted yogurt
Overview
Yogurt is a milk product that uses fresh milk as raw material. After pasteurization, beneficial bacteria (starter) are added to the milk. After fermentation, it is cooled and filled. Currently, most of the yogurt products on the market are solidified, stirred, and fruit-flavored with various juices, jams and other accessories added. Yogurt not only retains all the advantages of milk, but also uses its strengths and avoids its weaknesses through processing in some aspects, making it a nutritional and health product more suitable for humans. Experts call it the food of the 21st century, a nutritional product with unique functions that can regulate the balance of microorganisms in the body.

Steps
-
Sterilize the yogurt machine and yogurt cup first, then prepare fresh milk (or pure milk) and strains. Do not use skim milk. 1g of strains is suitable for making 500-1000ml of milk. I personally like thicker, so I used 1g of strains to make 405ml of milk. You can decide according to your own taste.
-
Take a milk pot, pour the milk in and bring to a boil over medium-low heat to prevent overflowing, stirring while boiling to prevent the pot from burning.
-
After the milk is boiled, let it sit at room temperature or fill a basin with cold water. Put the pot in and let it cool. Stir it to room temperature while letting it cool. This can save time and there will be no layer of skin on the surface.
-
Pour the yogurt into the yogurt machine, then pour 1g of culture into it, and stir evenly.
-
Then cover it with two layers of lids and turn on the power. If the air conditioner is on at home, add some warm water to the yogurt machine, do not add it to the milk. It takes 8-10 hours in summer and two hours in winter. Turn off the power when the time is up.
-
Get the Oreo cookies and rolling pin ready, and use the Oreos to make the clay.
-
Remove the sandwich from the biscuits and place the biscuits in a plastic bag.
-
First crush the Oreo cookies into small pieces.
-
Then use a rolling pin to crush it into pieces, which will make it easier to roll.
-
Take out the prepared yogurt. It will be like tofu curd at this time.
-
Crush the milk. If you like plain yogurt, you can add no sugar. If you don't want it to be too sour, add some sugar and stir. Melt the sugar in the yogurt and put it into a yogurt cup.
-
Then scoop the pressed Oreos into the yogurt cup filled with yogurt until the cup is full.
-
Finally, insert a small green vegetable heart into it, and the potted yogurt is completed.
-
Fill up the rest, and you can add some fruits to the rest, depending on your taste.
