Cornmeal Brown Sugar Cookies
Overview
Eating more whole grains is good for your health. Use fine cornmeal to bake some whole grain pancakes, add your favorite fillings, and it will be in one word: delicious! However, in order to increase the taste, you still need to add some white flour so that it doesn’t taste rough.

Cornmeal and white flour, mix the flour evenly.

Melt the yeast with warm water and mix the flour into a soft dough. Add approximately 350g of water to 500g of flour. It will be ready in 40 minutes.

Take out the dough and knead it evenly. Divide the noodles into random-sized dough pieces. I made them smaller because they are convenient to eat and look cute.

Flatten each dough ball directly with the palm of your hand, add brown sugar and a little flour.

After wrapping, close the bag downwards.

Coat the pan with a layer of oil, flatten the pancake and place directly into the pan.

Flip and fry until cooked through.
