Prepare all the ingredients. This is for two people. The ratio of corn flour to white flour can be adjusted according to personal preference

Pour cornmeal, white flour and sugar together, and stir while pouring in the milk. The milk should be poured in little by little

Stir until there are no more lumps and the batter can be slightly fluid.

Brush the pan with a little cooking oil, scoop a little batter with a spoon, slowly drip it into the pan, and the batter will spread by itself.

Be sure to use low heat. When the surface begins to solidify, use a spoon and chopsticks to flip it over and fry until the whole cake becomes hard.
