Wash the skin of duck eggs.

Knock into bowl.

Add a little salt and stir to disperse.

Cut the cabbage into shreds, wash and drain.

Heat a pot, add a little oil, pour in the egg liquid, stir-fry, mash into pieces with a spatula, then add shredded cabbage and season with salt, stir-fry a few times.
