Put the sago into a pot of boiling water and cook for 10 minutes. (Extra water, not in the material.)

Cook until the sago still has small white spots, turn off the heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes until completely transparent.

Pour the sago into cold water and set aside.

Add white sugar to black wolfberry. (Imagine it to be purple, but the effect is not obvious.)

Soak in 300 grams of boiling water until the color develops, filter and set aside.

Soak gelatine powder in milk, then melt over hot water.

Pour the gelatin milk liquid into the wolfberry water and mix well.

Put sago into pudding cup.

Pour in the pudding liquid, stir, and refrigerate for 2 hours until solidified. (If you are impatient, you can freeze it for 10-15 minutes.)

Wash the strawberries and dice them.

Place the diced strawberries on top of the pudding and serve.
