Cold Parsley Potato Shreds
Overview
The crispy shredded potatoes, with the addition of parsley and the added aroma of freshly fried chili oil, make the ordinary small potatoes more attractive and flavorful.

Medium potatoes, peeled and washed

Use a wiper to rub into thin strands

Soak in cold water for 10 minutes

Add shredded potatoes and cook for two minutes
