Pearl grain surface

Overview

It is estimated that many mothers have bought grain noodles and star noodles like me. Let you get√ a new skill today. No need to buy it, use millet to make grain noodles, the nutrition is just as good as the ones you buy! The noodles are not the usual long noodles, nor are they pasta in different shapes, they are just noodles one by one. I am so useless.

  1. After washing the millet, put it into the pot, add water, turn to medium heat and cook for about 3 minutes after the water boils. 🌻Tips: ①It doesn’t matter if you add a little more water, the water will be used later. ② Some mothers are wondering whether millet is ready in 3 minutes? Of course not, cook it here to make the millet slightly soft and sticky, so that it can be coated with flour. If it is too bad, they will all stick together and cannot be separated one by one.

  2. After the millet is cooked, I put it on a strainer to control the water. Pour out the millet soup and set aside.

  3. Spread flour in a bowl, put the millet into the bowl, use chopsticks to roll the millet in the flour, try to make every millet covered with flour, so that the grain noodles are ready, isn't it very simple?

  4. Now let’s make some side dishes. Dice the tomatoes, dice the onions, and mince the meat. The meat here is minced from the braised pork I just made. 🌻Tip: For babies who are one month old, cut the onions and tomatoes into small pieces. The ones in my picture are too big for babies under 1 and a half years old.

  5. Pour cooking oil into the wok. When the oil is hot, add the onions and stir-fry until fragrant. Pour in the tomatoes. Press the tomatoes with a spatula while frying and stir-fry until the tomato juice comes out. 🌻Tips: If your minced meat is raw, fry the minced meat until it changes color before frying all the vegetables. Set aside.

  6. Continue to stir-fry, add less salt if it is over 1 year old. Then add the millet soup you just poured out. The soup should cover the vegetables. If the millet soup is not enough, add some water, cover the pot and cook.
