Cut carrots into strips, wash and set aside

The roots and leaves of Chinese cabbage are separated

The leaves are easier to cook. When the roots are almost fried, you can add the leaves

Pork belly cut into thin slices

Heat oil in a pan, add pork belly and stir-fry until fragrant, then add chopped green onion and sauté

Add cabbage root and stir-fry
