  1. 8-inch chiffon is baked in advance and cut into 3 pieces for later use

  2. Cut the strawberries and set aside

  3. Refrigerate the whipping cream ahead of time. When ready, take it out and add sugar in a ratio of 10:1 and beat

  4. Place a piece of cake on the decorating table, spread a layer of cream on it, add strawberries, then spread a layer of cream and cover it with a piece of cake. Spread the filling one by one. Smooth the surface and sides.

  5. Use a medium piping tip to pipe the first layer of white flowers. Add 2 drops of fruit green pigment. Pipe flowers around and on top. 2 circles around and one above. Then drop in the pigmented cream to make it darker. Squeeze the bottom circle around the edge and something. Then place a few slices of heart-shaped strawberries for decoration. Pipe whipped cream around the strawberries.
