Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash and drain the ribs, chop into small pieces and set aside.
-
Add enough water to the pot, add cooking wine, green onions, and ginger slices and bring to a boil. Add the pork ribs, blanch them, remove, rinse and set aside.
-
Put the ribs into the steamer, steam over high heat for 30 minutes and take out.
-
Mix 1 spoon of cooking wine, 2 spoons of soy sauce, 3 spoons of sugar, 4 spoons of vinegar, and a little steamed pork ribs soup into a sauce and set aside.
-
Heat a small amount of oil in a pot, add the pork ribs and stir-fry over low heat. When the surface of the ribs turns light golden brown, drain the oil.
-
Take another pot and pour the seasoned sauce into the pot to cover the ribs.
-
After boiling over high heat, turn down to low heat and slowly let it simmer until the flavor is absorbed; when the soup is almost dry, turn up the heat to dry up. Add some more vinegar before taking it out of the pot and stir-fry evenly.
-
Arrange the spareribs on a plate and garnish with cooked white sesame seeds.
