Cold water spinach
Overview
Water spinach is one of Huayuer’s family’s favorite vegetables. I originally wanted to put some minced garlic in this [Cold Water Spinach], but I don’t have any garlic at home, so I have to make do with it! But it tastes pretty good, sour and spicy, it goes well with rice! A good choice for summer.

Ingredients: water spinach, chopped pepper

Wash the water spinach and take it out.

Break into sections.

Then, blanch the washed water spinach in boiling water and take it out.

Cool with cold water.

Then, take out the cooled water spinach and drain some of the water.

Then, add an appropriate amount of chopped pepper.

Finally, add an appropriate amount of salt.

Add appropriate amount of chicken essence.

Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce.

Add some balsamic vinegar.

Add appropriate amount of sesame oil.

Season and mix well and serve.
