The glutinous rice flour has always been eaten with glutinous rice balls, and my family is tired of it. It has been too hot recently, and I was worried that it would be a waste to throw away the glutinous rice flour if it spoiled, so I thought about making something because the baby likes to eat things made from glutinous rice. Yesterday, I happened to buy red bean paste filling. Today I will make a simple snack for the baby to make afternoon tea. The first time I made it, there were a lot of deficiencies in technique, but it tasted pretty good. My husband liked it like crazy, haha

  1. There is no ready-made soybean flour at home, but there are a lot of soybeans. Today’s soybean flour is all homemade, which is clean, hygienic and very convenient. First, pick out the bad beans and wash the good beans with clean water to remove the dust.

  2. Turn on low heat, put the washed beans into the iron pan and fry until cooked. Be sure to stir fry constantly so that they can be heated evenly and not burn. The frying time depends on your own taste. If you like to eat more focus, you can fry it for a while longer.

  4. Wait for the soybeans to cool down and start preparing other ingredients. Take an appropriate amount of glutinous rice flour and put it into a clean container. Don’t use too much. Glutinous rice products are very filling. It’s best to make enough that can be eaten at one time. If there is too much leftover, it won’t taste good and it will be a waste if you throw it away.

  5. Add an appropriate amount of cold water and mix until it looks like the picture. Because it will be steamed in a pot later, you don’t need to add too much water, otherwise it will be very sticky when steamed and difficult to handle.

  7. While the glutinous rice flour is steaming, prepare the soybean flour. I haven’t used the food processor at home very much, so I just wanted to try making soybean flour today. First put the soybeans into the meat grinder cup, cover it and turn on the first gear.

  8. If you like to eat something more delicate, you can adjust the gear and time. If you don’t have tools at home to make flour, it’s best to buy ready-made soybean flour.

  9. Sprinkle a layer of soybean flour on the silicone mat and roll the steamed glutinous rice into a shape of even thickness while hot. Do it while it's hot.

  10. Spread the bean paste filling evenly on the glutinous rice cake skin, roll it into long strips, and cut into pieces. I forgot to take pictures of the last step, this is the final product.
