Potato dices, ham and eggs
Overview
What do you do when you get tired of eating ordinary egg pancakes? Add ingredients! How to add? Add as much as you want! Haha, egg pancakes are such a delicious dish that can be made as you wish. I have tried adding chopped spinach, which resulted in spinach pancakes, and I have also tried adding shredded potatoes, which resulted in potato pancakes. So when potatoes and ham meet this ordinary egg pancake, what new tastes will collide to stimulate your taste buds? I just eliminated one game, I tell you, I want to play again.

Steps
-
Dice potatoes and ham sausage, chop green onions and set aside, beat eggs into egg liquid. Pour oil into the pot and fry the diced potatoes. You don't need to pour too much oil, just a little more than usual for cooking. Slowly fry the diced potatoes until golden brown. Because you don't have time to take a photo for fear of frying, just fry them as shown in Figure 1. (You can usually freeze some boiled potato strips and cut them into cubes and lightly fry them when you want to eat them)
-
Put the fried diced potatoes and ham into the same bowl, add the beaten egg liquid and chopped green onions, then add salt and chicken essence to taste
-
There is no need to add any more oil to the pot. If there is too much oil left for frying the diced potatoes, you can pour out a little. After all, we don’t want to eat too greasy. Turn on the heat and pour the egg liquid into it when the oil is hot. At this time, you can use chopsticks to gently stir the diced potatoes and ham to make them more evenly distributed.
-
After one side is formed, you can flip it over and fry until both sides are golden brown.
-
Spread tomato sauce on it and eat.
