  1. Add two eggs to the rice and mix well

  2. Ham, green pepper, cut into cubes and set aside. The reason why I cut the garlic cloves is to enhance the flavor (because our family does not have onions and ginger all year round)

  4. Pour the rice into the pot, stir-fry a few times, then add oil, seasonings, a pinch of salt, then add diced ham and green pepper, continue to stir-fry

  5. When the diced green peppers look a little soft, you can take them out of the pan. Add some cumin before going abroad. I am a cumin lover. It is super flavorful and delicious

  6. Plate presentation, it’s really sinful to eat such a big plate of fried rice at night, but it’s still not satisfying, okay?
