I bought a new meat grinder, which costs dozens of yuan. I don’t know if it is easy to use or not, so I thought of trying this dish.

Wash the pork and cut it into small pieces, mince it in a meat grinder, add salt and sugar, and stir evenly; add about 30 grams of egg white from one egg, starch, light soy sauce, cooking wine, pepper, and oyster sauce and stir well.

Crack 3 eggs into a bowl and beat well.

Heat a flat non-stick pan and pour a little oil.

Pour in an appropriate amount of egg liquid, quickly turn the pot and spread it into a round egg skin. If there are holes, use a spatula or spoon to scoop a little egg liquid to repair them. When the egg liquid on the surface is solidified and the edges are slightly burnt, use a spatula to scoop them out.

Take one piece of egg skin and spread it flat on the chopping board. Place a layer of meat filling on the egg skin and spread it out evenly.

Roll up and coat the edges with egg wash for better adhesion.

Pour cold water into the pot and steam for 10 minutes after the water boils.
