  2. Crack 3 eggs into a bowl and beat well.

  3. Heat a flat non-stick pan and pour a little oil.

  4. Pour in an appropriate amount of egg liquid, quickly turn the pot and spread it into a round egg skin. If there are holes, use a spatula or spoon to scoop a little egg liquid to repair them. When the egg liquid on the surface is solidified and the edges are slightly burnt, use a spatula to scoop them out.

  5. Take one piece of egg skin and spread it flat on the chopping board. Place a layer of meat filling on the egg skin and spread it out evenly.
