Sweet Potato Donuts
Overview
There is no added sugar in this donut, it just has the original taste. The outer shell is a little dry after being baked, but it is very chewy

Boiled sweet potatoes and mashed

Add eggs and flour and mix well

Add softened butter and knead well

Knead into dough, cover with plastic wrap and ferment until doubled in size

Take out the fermented dough, deflate it gently, and roll it into a thick piece, about 0.5 cm

Use a donut mold to press out the shape

Cover with plastic wrap and ferment for 30 minutes

After fermentation, place it in a baking pan, preheat the oven to 180 degrees, and bake for 20 minutes
