  1. Boiled sweet potatoes and mashed

  2. Add eggs and flour and mix well

  3. Add softened butter and knead well

  4. Knead into dough, cover with plastic wrap and ferment until doubled in size

  5. Take out the fermented dough, deflate it gently, and roll it into a thick piece, about 0.5 cm

  6. Use a donut mold to press out the shape
