  1. Grease the bottom of the bowl and crack two eggs.

  3. Add 1.5 to 2 times the salt water to the egg liquid. Stir evenly, then pour out one-third, and add shrimp skin and chopped green onions to the remaining two-thirds of the egg liquid.

  4. Put the water in the steamer to boil, cover the bowl of shrimp skin and egg liquid with a plate and put it into the pot.

  6. Cut the carrots into small fish, blanch them with a few pieces of green leafy vegetables, and take them out.

  7. Remove the custard bowl and plate, pour in the remaining egg liquid, continue to cover the plate and steam for about 5 minutes.

  8. Take the custard out of the pan. (This time the amount is a little small, so it shows a little bit of the Shopee color, but it’s okay, it’s the underwater world anyway.)

  9. Tear the green vegetables into small waterweeds, add carrots and fish, and then add some green onions to make bubbles.
