A small handful of yellow garlic. I cut it in half last time, so this ingredient is the top half.

Wash and cut into pieces.

Fry two eggs and set aside.

Remove the roots of the oyster mushrooms, soak them in water and wash them.

Put it into a pot of boiling water and blanch it, take it out and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add chopped green onions and sauté until fragrant.
