Prepare the ingredients. Wash and peel the pineapple and cut into small pieces. Soak in salt water. Slice the ginger and shred 2 green onions.

Pour oil into the pan, add ginger slices, scallions and star anise, stir-fry until fragrant, add pork ribs and stir-fry until they change color, add 1 spoon of cooking wine and stir-fry evenly,

Pour in boiling water to cover the ribs, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

Remove the pork ribs and drain them. Pour in the starch and stir evenly. When the pork ribs are cool, fry them in hot oil until slightly brown and remove.
