Steam the purple sweet potato in a pot, crush it, add flour and knead it into a dough

Take a ball of dough and roll it out

Cut the flattened dough into rectangles

Use leftovers to wrap into bean paste

Take a rectangular piece and knead two sections together

Wrap the rectangle with both ends pinched together around the outside of the flower core
