Prepare all the ingredients first, cut what needs to be cut and wash what needs to be washed

Heat oil in a pan, add chopped garlic and small chili peppers and stir-fry until fragrant, add chopped garlic sprouts, stir-fry for a few times, then add cuttlefish. Press the cuttlefish while frying. The store where I bought this one said that it just needs to be washed once it's cooked, so I added the garlic leaves not long after frying.
