Potato Casserole
Overview
I have been a little busy this month, and I don’t have time to cook properly. I have some free time today, so I will stew a pot of meat to comfort everyone. Speaking of side dishes for stew, it has to be potatoes. It’s not because it is rich in nutrients. I have a potato lover in my family.

Prepare ingredients.

Wash the pork and cut it into pieces. Don't cut it into small pieces, otherwise it will shrink and become very small.

Slice green onion and ginger.

Cut potatoes into cubes.

Preheat the casserole over high heat.

Add a tablespoon of vegetable oil.

When the oil is hot, sauté the onions and ginger.

Add the meat pieces and stir-fry.

Fry until the meat turns white, add about a tablespoon of dark soy sauce and a little sugar.

Add enough water, add the seasoning packet, cover and simmer over high heat for twenty-five minutes.

Add potatoes, taste the soup for saltiness, and add appropriate amount of salt. Cover and simmer for about twenty minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for a while.
