Steps
-
Prepare ingredients.
-
I cooked the purple sweet potatoes in a rice cooker separately, peeled them and cut them into cubes for later use.
-
Soak the sago in water first.
-
Put water in the pot and bring to a boil, add sago and cook. Heat over medium-low; stir while cooking. To prevent sago from sticking to the pan. Cook for about 10 minutes until there are almost white spots in the middle. Cover the pot and simmer for about 10 minutes. Drain through a strainer and rinse with cold water.

The result after cooking is crystal clear. I overcooked it. Haha
-
Get some water in the pot, add coconut milk and bring to a boil.
-
Pour in purple sweet potato and stir, then add sago and appropriate amount of sugar. Mix well

Finished product. If you like to eat it cold, you can put it in the refrigerator for a while. It’s delicious even if it’s cold!
