Soak a small bowl of millet in cold water for two hours, twist it with your hands until it breaks into pieces, and it's ready. Drain the water, add appropriate amount of salt, thirteen spices, and an egg.

Add appropriate amount of flour.

Stir evenly and add flour until the millet can be kneaded into dough.

Place on a floured surface.

Roll out into a 1cm thick pancake.

Cut into small pieces and poke even holes in each piece with a fork.

Put oil in the pot. The oil is 40% hot (it will start to bubble when you put the chopsticks in the oil). Add about one-third of the rice cake. In order to prevent the rice rice from sticking, use chopsticks to stir constantly.

Cook on low or medium heat for about four minutes, until both sides of the rice cooker are golden brown. The entire dough sheet can be fried in three times.

Sprinkle with barbecue seasoning.
