Slice the ginger, peel the garlic and flatten it with a knife, cut the dried chili into sections, and cut the onion into cubes

Pour oil into the pot and when it is 80% hot, add ginger, garlic and chili and sauté until fragrant

When the garlic aroma comes out, add the fish seasoning and mix well

Add the prepared crayfish and stir-fry until the crayfish tail curls and the body turns red

Pour in beer until the lobsters are submerged

Cover the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer until the beer reduces, add the chopped onions and stir-fry

Saute onions until soft and serve!
