Matcha Donazi
Overview
In order to use up the poor quality matcha powder I bought before, I made some matcha milk sauce yesterday. In order to use up the matcha milk sauce, I made a bunch of matcha donuts. As for the fried bread, I just wanted to try it. Donuts: Those with holes in the middle are called donuts, and those without holes are called fried sandwich bread. This time I made Donaz using the recipe of ordinary sweet bread.

Add eggs, milk, sugar, milk powder, salt, and butter into the bread bucket.

Finally add the flour and yeast powder.

Select the dough program, (mixing and fermentation)
-
Take out the dough that has risen, dust the dough with hand flour to prevent sticking, deflate the dough and knead it evenly.
-
Divide into small portions, about 35 grams each, and let the divided portions rest together for a while.
-
The agent is flattened,
-
Wrap in matcha milk sauce filling.
-
Wrap it up. Because the filling is soft, it may not be easy to wrap. Try to press the pie crust as big as possible and don’t add too much filling.
-
Complete everything in turn, place the balled bread lock-side down on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper,
-
Let rise in oven until doubled in size.
-
Add oil to the pot, heat it up and then turn to low heat.
-
Place the bread in the pan and fry slowly until the surface becomes darker in color, frying on both sides.
-
Because the dough contains sugar, it colors quickly when fried, and the finished product is caramel color. The temperature of the frying oil should not be too high. If the fire is too high, the surface will be mushy and the inside will not be cooked. Therefore, you have to master it yourself. The path to learning is not just learning, but mainly practicing. In addition, if you don’t want to make matcha flavor, you can also replace it with your favorite fillings.
