Red bean egg tarts (for 9 egg tarts)

The egg tarts are made very quickly. The preliminary work is done in ten minutes. All that is left is to press start and wait to eat😄

egg tart crusts, 110 butter, 25 milk, 20 sugar, and 1 egg. Some red beans (according to your own taste). Take the tart crust out of the refrigerator 10 minutes in advance and place it on a plate to dry

Crack the whole eggs into a basin, add the cream and milk in turn, stir evenly, no need to sift, it will not affect the taste if not sifted

Put the red beans in a thin layer on the bottom of the tart shell, pour the mixed egg tart filling into the tart shell, and pour it into the tart shell.

Preheat the oven for 25 minutes at 210 degrees (I used 215 degrees, which was a little mushy, but I think 210 degrees is just right). After preheating, put the egg tarts in and start.
