  1. Pour two large bowls of water into the pot and bring to a boil, pour in the marinated chicken pieces and cook for 3 minutes, drain and set aside.

  2. Cold pot, pour cold oil into the pot, pour in peanuts and light fire, fry on medium heat for five minutes (you can hear a squeaking sound), drain the oil and set aside.

  4. Fry until golden brown and remove from the pan. Drain the oil and set aside. Pour the excess oil into a bowl (any excess oil can be used for cooking).

  7. Add the fried chicken and fry for five minutes. Add sugar and peanut butter.
