Chicken Kidney and Pickled Beans
Overview
Chicken kidney and sour beans are an old stir-fry dish. Today I added two ingredients to this dish, which makes the taste of the dish very different. The sour beans have the sweetness of garlic moss, and the garlic moss has the sourness of sour beans, which blend together. Adding the flavor of pickled peppers, it takes it to the next level and it’s a perfect combination! It is both dignified and praiseworthy when used to entertain guests. I strongly recommend it today and it is worth a try! If you don't like spicy food, you can add less pickled chili peppers and pickled peppers. I used pickled beans that I soaked myself. They were crunchy and delicious.
