Stir-fried bitter chrysanthemum
Overview
I saw this dish several times in the supermarket. I thought it looked a bit like chrysanthemum seedlings. I saw the name of the dish and it was indeed called bitter chrysanthemum. Then I thought about buying it and eating it, and I came up with this dish.
