Overview
Making toast with a bread machine is now the norm for me, so I want to experiment with more varieties. I saw the rice brown sugar toast recipe with strong coffee and light mood and tried it. The first time I failed, I didn’t read the recipe carefully and put the rice in too early. Since the bread machine does not have a separate dough mixing function, I usually select the dough and knead dough for 15 minutes before selecting the sweet bread program. As a result, I forgot to select the dough that time and the dough over-risen. This time I learned my lesson and succeeded.

Put cooking oil, water, and eggs into the bread bucket in order.

Pour high-precision flour, brown sugar, salt, milk powder, and yeast into the bread barrel. Place brown sugar, edible salt, and milk powder in three corners respectively.
