Wash the seaweed, add dried shrimps, pepper and sesame oil and mix well.

Pour water into the pot and bring to a boil over high heat. After the water boils, scoop out two spoons of water and pour it into a bowl.

Turn off the heat, break an egg into the pot (the water in the pot should be kept boiling before turning off the heat), wait until the egg is slightly solidified and the color turns white, then turn on the heat, then cook over medium-low heat for 2-3 minutes.

A well-shaped poached egg is ready and set aside.

Cook the noodles in a pot, remove and put them into the seaweed soup.
