Braised fish with pickles
Overview
I used to eat braised sea fish with pickles. I tried making it myself today and it felt good. However, the fish was too big and the pot was too small. In local dialect, it is called black fish

Prepare materials as shown in the figure

When the oil temperature reaches, start frying the fish

Fry on both sides until golden brown

Add pickles, ginger, a small amount of water, simmer over medium heat for five minutes, then turn to low heat for three minutes

Add salt and coriander

Take it out of the pan and put it on a plate, the tail is still there, haha
