Clean and drain the pork ribs

The pork ribs are submerged in ginger slices and cooking wine. Add flour, pepper and soy sauce to make a fried batter

Dip the spareribs evenly in the fried batter

Fry in oil pan until golden brown, remove and set aside

Cut the potatoes into cubes and cut the green onions diagonally into slices

Heat the wok, heat the pan with cold oil, and fry the potatoes first

Fry the potatoes until lightly browned and add green onion slices and sauté until fragrant

Add boiling water, cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar, and salt and bring to a boil, then add the ribs

Collect juice and serve on plate
