200g cake flour, 60g butter, 40g milk, 1 whole egg liquid, 2g yeast, 2g salt, mix all ingredients, knead into a smooth dough, ferment for 40-45 minutes, double in size.

Prepare bean paste filling and coloring (fondant food coloring).

Take 1/3 of the fermented dough, apply a small amount of coloring with a toothpick and knead evenly.

Divide the kneaded dough into proportions.

Wrap in an appropriate amount of bean paste filling and place mouth side down for later use.

2/3 of the dough is also cut into small dices according to proportion to make petals (as shown in the picture).

Leave the pot under cold water for 15-18 minutes.

After serving, add silver sugar beads to decorate the stamens.
