【Japan】Walnut, banana and confectionery
Overview
I have always been amazed by the beauty and exquisiteness of Japanese wagashi. Although I yearn for it, I never have the determination to try it. Inadvertently, I saw this banana and fruit cut into small squares. It seems that the appearance is not particularly high. There happened to be bananas and walnuts, so I was immediately attracted to them. Microwave to cook the glutinous rice dough with mashed banana. Add chopped walnuts and mix well. The cooked flour prevents sticking, and it is so simple to shape and cut into pieces. I originally thought about not cutting it into pieces and just shaping it into balls, but I accidentally stretched the dough and it seemed that it would not be easy to form a ball again. Just make do with it. The dough that has not been refrigerated will be sticky and not square enough when cut, so it will be okay. While cutting, pop the corners into your mouth. It's just so-so, the walnuts are the highlight. . . .
