Knead the dough until it expands and place it in a bowl.

Cover with plastic wrap and ferment until doubled in size.

Divide into 6 equal parts, roll into balls and let rest for 20 minutes.

Take a piece of dough and roll it out into a round shape.

Wrap an appropriate amount of pork floss, roll it up and pinch the bottom tightly.
