Steps

1. 1 Soak strawberries in salt water, rinse and drain

   

2. 2 Remove stems from strawberries

   

3. 3 Put rock sugar and water in a pot and put it on the fire to melt

   

4. 4 Add strawberries and stir-fry

   

5. 5 Stir-fry continuously to absorb the sugar in the strawberries, stir-fry until the strawberries are wilted and turn off the heat
