Black pepper beef fillet baked rice
Overview
I like to eat black pepper beef tenderloin every time I go to the restaurant. I love it as a side dish, fried pasta, and baked rice. Let’s start with baked rice today!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Cut beef, onions, green peppers, and drumstick mushrooms into strips. (The supermarket happened to sell beef slices, so I was lazy)
-
Add cooking wine to the beef to remove the fishy smell; add lemon juice or vinegar to make the beef meat looser and tender; then add sugar to marinate. Before adding to the pot, add starch and stir in one direction
-
While marinating the beef, fry the drumstick mushrooms in the pan first. Because mushrooms contain a lot of water, they don’t look good after being fried directly
-
After picking up the mushrooms, pour onion strips, green pepper strips and marinated beef into the oil in the pot in sequence. When it is almost cooked, add black pepper juice to taste
-
Place rice, fried beef and shredded mozzarella cheese on a rice platter
-
Put it in the oven! 170 degrees, heat up and down on the middle layer, 15--20 minutes
-
It’s time to eat!
