Put a little oil in the pot and stir-fry the meat filling over medium heat

Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, and salt to the pot. Fry until the meat is crispy and loose. Dish out and set aside

Peel the steamed sweet potatoes and grind them into puree

Add glutinous rice flour, if dry, add some water. Knead into smooth dough

Let the kneaded dough rest for 10 minutes

Place the bread crumbs on the chopping board and set aside

Divide the risen dough into several small pieces, pat the pieces into dough with your hands, and wrap the fillings in them

Dip in bread crumbs and shape into pear shape

Wrapped and ready to be fried

Put oil in the pot, heat it up to 40%, add the wrapped pear, fry over low heat for about 2 minutes to set, then remove. When the oil temperature returns to 50% hot, fry the pear again for about half a minute until golden in color and take it out.
