Place the ice cream tub in the refrigerator for more than 12 hours in advance

Have all materials ready

Add sugar to egg yolks and stir until light yellow, then add milk and stir evenly

Cook over low heat until slightly boiling and thickened, turn off heat

Add matcha powder and mix well, cool and set aside

Pour in the light cream and stir into ice cream liquid (I forgot to take a photo of this step)

Take out the ice cream bucket that has been frozen in advance, install the gearbox at the bottom, install it into the bread machine, and install the stirring blade

Pour in the ice cream liquid, close the lid and start the program, set the time for 30 minutes

Place in a covered container in the refrigerator and freeze for 2 hours before serving
