Sautéed Snow Peas with Smoked Duck Breast
Overview
This dish has a smoky flavor. There is no smoked bacon that is common in the north, so I used smoked duck breast. This meat can be replaced with bacon or sausage, both are delicious. Black fungus is a good friend of foodies, so remember to eat it often!
