Shredded corn

Overview

I’ve always liked shredded sweet potatoes and potatoes. It would be nice to try making shredded corn tonight

Steps

1. 1 Peel the corn, wash it, and steam it in a pot

   

2. 2 Coat corn with starch

   

3. 3 Deep-fried

   

4. 4 Remove and set aside

   

5. 5 Wash the pot and add sugar and water

   

6. 6 Cook until browned

   

7. 7 Add fried corn and stir-fry evenly

   

8. 8 After taking it out of the pan, apply some oil on the plate for easy cleaning
