Buy fresh salmon and wash it

Separate fish skin and fish meat

Cut the fish into thick slices

Put the fish in a bowl, add ginger oil, garlic oil, minced black pepper and minced pasta herbs, marinate together for 10 minutes

Add olive oil to a hot pan, add fish fillets, fry until 2 sides change color, and then serve on a plate.
