Stir-fried sweet potato jelly with garlic

Sweet potato jelly, set aside.

Cut into cubes.

Garlic yellow, set aside.

Wash, drain and cut into sections.

Heat a pan, add an appropriate amount of oil, pour in sweet potato jelly, stir-fry over low heat, stir gently with a spatula, stir-fry for one minute, then add garlic, add appropriate amount of salt and a little dried chili powder to taste, stir-fry a few times, turn off the heat, sprinkle a little chicken essence and mix well.
