Put a little oil in the pot, add dried chili pepper, ginger, zhizhi, and sauté until fragrant.

Add wings and stir-fry until flavourful.

Change the cooking pot, add cold water just enough to cover the chicken wings, add braised pork buns, pepper, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, and cook over high heat for 30 minutes.

After 3 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for a while, remove from the pan and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
