Wash the ribs and blanch them in water, take them out, wash them and put them into a pot and add water.

Wash the corn and cut into segments.

Add onions, ginger, and star anise to the pot.

Add corn and rock sugar.

Add a spoonful of teriyaki sauce. Bring to a boil over medium heat and simmer.

Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into cubes. Remove the old tendons from the kidney beans, wash them and break them into sections.

When the ribs are simmered until they are seven times cooked, add the potatoes and continue simmering the kidney beans.

When all the ingredients are cooked, add salt and mix thoroughly to reduce the juice.
