Steam the pumpkin slices and put them into a bread machine, add flour and yeast, and knead the dough for 15 minutes

After the dough is kneaded, place it in the refrigerator to ferment overnight

Take it out the next morning and ferment just right

Deflate the air, add flour and knead until no longer sticky

Cut into sections, fermented twice
