Prepare 3 eggs, 5-8 clams (the number depends on the size of the clams), and diced green onions for later use

Beat the eggs and add a bowl of warm water

Then add salt, sugar and chicken powder to taste and set aside

After the water in the steamer boils, add the clams and steam for 4 minutes. The clams will be steamed while the fresh juice of the clams will remain at the bottom of the container

Pour in the egg liquid, steam for 5 minutes and then turn off the heat

Mix one spoonful of light soy sauce with cold boiled water and half a spoonful of sugar and set aside

Pour the prepared light soy sauce on top, then sprinkle with green onions, and you're done
